Dune is a decorative coating for interiors with soft metallic charges that creates high end visual effects and a stunning game of light and shades. It creates velvet-like chromatic effects that perfectly match the modern concept of high-end decoration of interior walls in modern environments.
Please take note of the color tints in the product brochure so that you can specify the color when you are requesting a quote.

Dune by Novacolor is an odorless, completely non-toxic, and a water-based micro plaster. Dune comes in two different bases to choose from: silver or gold. You can purchase it untinted or let us tint your base for you to a color of your choosing. For best results, apply Dune Silver or Gold over a tinted base coat of Novalux E and you can seal it with the washable clear coat for added protection. When you purchase the Novalux E as a primer just note the metallic coating color you want your primer to be tinted to and we will take care of the rest.
Application Instructions:
Primer: Paint the wall with one even coat of Novalux. Novalux will cover approx. 100 square feet per liter when applied thinly by trowel. Allow to dry thoroughly before continuing.
1st Coat: Apply the Dune with a trowel to the wall in long overlapping strokes. Avoid overworking any one area. If you begin to see scratches it is usually an indication that dried material and mica powders are accumulating on the edge of your trowel. Using a low angle with circular motions can erase scratches. Allow to dry 2-3 hours.
2nd Coat: Apply the second coat of the Dune in thin, 2-3 sq ft sections at a time in the same manner, frequently going back with the trowel in low angled circular motions. Allow to dry.
You can order Dune Silver in its natural white base, or choose a color of your preference.

What is the tint charge? Depending on how much tint is needed to create your color, a surcharge will be applied for a light, medium or dark tint. The rate will be applied in proportion to the amount of product being tinted. Advanced Plastering does not apply tint surcharge to sample sizes (1kg).
Light Tint Charge: $20/bucket (20-25kg/5gallons)
Medium Tint Charge: $40/bucket (20-25kg/5gallons)
Dark Tint Charge: $80/bucket (20-25kg/5gallons)

(Dark Color) Color Match Fee: $O because we have a formula for this color. Tint Charge:
