Decorative architectural trowel-on coating with metallic effect. Africa coating allows for velvety chromatic effects and visual and tactile sensations, perfectly aligned with the cutting-edge trends modern interior decorating with soft metallic pigments that create unique games of light and shades.

Dune Africa is odorless, completely non-toxic and water-based. Unlike it’s family members (Dune Silver and Dune Gold), Dune Africa comes pre-tinted from Europe, using only different metallic micro powders as tint. This allows for a better metallic coverage and look. Africa sensitively reduces the formaldehyde concentration in the surrounding environment, as tested by environmental law. It represents the crux of the Novacolor Green Approach. To reduce the carbon footprint, Africa is formulated with a special binder. Based on a mass balance approach, fossil raw materials in production are replaced with sustainable biomass.
Dune Africa works best when applied over a tinted base coat of Novalux E. We will custom tint the Novalux E base to the appropriate Dune Africa color selection upon request. For protection, apply one coat of Firenzecolor™ Clear Coat.

Custom Color Matching: A fee of $60 may be charged if we do not have a formula for your requested color.

What is the tint charge? Depending on how much tint is needed to create your color, a surcharge will be applied for a light, medium or dark tint. The rate will be applied in proportion to the amount of product being tinted. Advanced Plastering does not apply tint surcharge to sample sizes (1kg).
Light Tint Charge: $20/bucket (20-25kg/5gallons)
Medium Tint Charge: $40/bucket (20-25kg/5gallons)
Dark Tint Charge: $80/bucket (20-25kg/5gallons)

Color Match Fee: $60 because we do not have a formula for this color. Tint Charge: $0 because it is a sample size

DYNAMIC BLUE (Medium Color) Color Match Fee: $0 because we have a formula for this color. Tint Charge: $20 because $40/2 (.5 bucket/10kg/ 2gallons).

Customer Orders: VP Toscano (1 Bucket/ 20kg/5gallons) Tinted to: SW 6244 NAVAL
(Dark Color) Color Match Fee: $O because we have a formula for this color. Tint Charge:
$80 because $80/ 1 Bucket(10kg/2gallons)
